I own the base One piece 4. However I see the ultimate edition on sale and was wondering can I redeem it if I already own the original game?

I'm new to the game and could really use some help

I well,i finished the game,and i feel like we are not gettin content anymore at all,because ik that rn is just we finished Wano arc like idk,how many months ago,can we expect some content? idk,is OPPW5 coming? maybe yes maybe no,not in 10 or 8 years,One piece Pacing is abit slow on the Anime,but i dont think Dev want to take some content from Manga,but hey im not sure.And i guess this is it on OPPW4...
