No, i know exactly what he means. There are places i want to fly up to, that i know can get to but cant get the camera to look at that area to jump or fly

Ohh I see. Sometimes you need to shift it around a bit, in those rare cases it can be a bit tricky, that is true.

Camera is ass :c

Press "O" and WASD to the spot if you want to jump to high places.

The best you can do is use the mouse to control the distance view and rotate the camera. Right click, hold to rotate and use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.

I crashed down with the mindflayer ship, and you hear sooooo much going on around you but it seems its upwards, and i tried to look up so desparately to see if there is something going on there ^^ for the ambience .. its a bit of a shame to not be able to see for example how tall some things and good looking some things are.

You get a really good view from the Harper's stash when zoomed all the way in. It's way up high.

Felt even worse for the poor nautiloid seeing it like that. (Back in the old 2e Spelljammer days, I never realized that those things were alive.)

I agree with you as someone who enjoys looking around. I just got to the same part and am a bit bummed that you can't look around and take it all in more. Maybe there is a mod by now?

The camera is awful. Consider the mod that fixes it.

Slimes! I see the drips, I should be able to look up and not be surprised.

Yep, consider lowering the cloud quality in your graphics settings for increased performance. You won´t see them anyway.

DONT look up!

I remember the companions in Act 1 commenting on a dragon flying overhead, but there was no way to look at it. Why some kind of free look is not possible is beyond me.

And this is something I complained about too lol. Can't look up or down. Down is a little bit easier, but up you gotta back up and watch where up becomes down.

But like the other guy said...there's really nothing up there to try and find, so we're good.

It's just not INTUITIVE :/
