"Still Alive" Achievement
How to run from this guy? What is the best place and tactic to do it. Once he got stuck in a door, but the haunting music never stopped however I was far away from him already.

Never mind. Got it, had to hide in a closet .

So this is what to do: let him notice me, and run to a closet, get in before he can see, is that right?

Ah yes, if he sees you I don't think it will work. I had trouble with that achievement.
