Can you command ai squad members to utilize certain pieces of equipment in vanilla
When it comes to controlling a squad member with commands is it possible to have them perform tasks such as laying landmines, deploying and operating a protable mortar or UAV, and the like? I know Sog ai makes it so a squad member can place mines but can you do any of these in vanilla?

Yes, all those action can be preformed by choosing correct unit (for example one carrying mortar, two carrying .50 and tripod etc.) and choosing action command menu ("6").
