You can still play Arma Invaders on the main menu. You need to press your Default Action key on the menu and it should start the Arma Invaders minigame.

Go check on youtube "ARMA 3 - How To Play "Invaders" Menu Minigame Without a Sale Event (achievement minigame)" from RNG-esus "RNG-esus". I just manage to score the achievement thx to it. All you have to do is go into the editor, enter a few line and bam, the game will pop and all you'll need is to clear it.

I was searching for a way to get it and end up here. I am surprised that almost nobody seem to care about it, but I do understand that Arma players care about the game itself and not mini-game (♥♥♥♥ was so freaking hard too!).
