Dear Developers!

I have purchased Your Game on 9. November.
I have reported once about (on 29th November) the difficulty fighting off the “THE PUPPETEER”.
Thanks for Your teem effort, You responded me ASAP (quickly) and solved the problem within a new update. Since then I have been able to fighting of the “DWARF” and process the game until recently.

But today I have found in the scene of the “Metro Tunnel” a major and a minor bug below mentioned:

1st: The manor bug is: When it comes to you jumping over on the metro trains I wasn’t able to pull down the RED LEVER because it doesn’t work at all, so I can’t open the doors therefore I stocked in the train.
2nd: The minor bug is: Jumping over from the forklift thing on the train isn’t so easy because the longer distance, and in this case I always fall of the ground and I die immediately and I have to wait for many seconds for downloading the scene, which is wasting my time.

I say in advance, not because of You, but I’m getting very angry and desperate. I will say what is the reason for this:
In a last three months period I have purchase now the fourth game with such major and minor bug problems, as a result of which I have to suspend temporary and in worst case definitively playing with the game.

I’m writing for You because You’re the only team which responded and solved the last bug rapidly.

Please help me in this case correspondingly.
