Can't launch and play the game anymore due to DRM

dead game that didn't deserve to die.
Theres a really big oversight called "circle grabbing" and i've heard about a few bugs, and the game is slightly jank. But other than that, there are practically no issues. Amaizing game easily 9/10.

I usually do 3 or 4 player, never have done the campaigns.

Great game can't play it tho because steam's sh*tty DRM. So I have to download a pirated version to play a game I paid for a couple years ago.

This is a great Friday night game! You can play through the 3 campaigns (Marine, Alien, and Predator) in one sitting with a some pizza and drinks. I would recommend starting with the Alien campaign, then the Predator, and finishing with the Marines. Each campaign will be more enjoyable than the last. The reason why I didn't give this game a higher score is because some of the gameplay is outdated especially moving around as the Alien or predator, but the kill shots make up for the bad movement. I also didn't like the stealth with the alien and predator, I preferred to fight the marines head on and I could tell the game did not really want me to do that, especially at the highest difficulty. The Marine campaign makes up for these faults because it allows you to play with more freedom and better movement. The gun sounds are exactly like the movies and it's so satisfying. Finally the boss fights, while entertaining were lackluster in their execution because the enemies you fight feel like they are on rails. This is a result of being an older game, but it is noticeable and can be annoying. I recommend this game for an quick and easy playthrough, and you will find a lot of joy playing as the alien and predator despite some flaws, especially if you like the movies.

Alien vs. Predator may have a good concept and overall story, but unfortunately it is extremely buggy, borderline unplayable on some pc's, and completely unplayable on other pc's. Thankfully I only got it for $2. I probably would have either refunded it or visited someone to practice violence if it were full price.

Pros:
+ Three intertwining campaigns each for the Aliens, the Predators and the Marines, allowing you to play as all three with their own mechanics, abilities and perspectives
+ Unique mechanics for each campaign
+ Plenty of graphical options
+ Great concept and overall story, from what I've heard
+ Good sound design
+ Additional Survival Multiplayer mode
+ The worst campaign of the three, Predator's, is only 2-3 hours long. It also crashes at the same place every time preventing progress, so I couldn't play it and was happy about it. Additional info in cons.
+ Accurate depiction of how immoral Marines are

Cons:
- Extremely buggy, broken, unfinished product
- Can't play or finish the game
- May not launch on some pc's for various reasons. (Running Steam as admin fixed it for me, but doesn't fix it for all)
- Frequent crashes preventing progress. I couldn't finish the game, and couldn't progress more than maybe 15 minutes in each campaign
- Alien's movement and mechanics could have been smoother
- Predator's campaign is terrible and the worst of the three. Movement is clunky and sometimes unresponsive. Cloak only works sometimes against Marines and never against Aliens.
