Rofl it's not cinematic if it isn't smooth, it's choppy as hell because of skipped frames, there are ways to smooth out low framerate animation, but this is just a free game so can't expect much.

I mean there is no point asking for them to change it, but why did they even bother locking the fps, considering the result not being cinematic...

Games with Unity can only be played with the frames released by the developer. For example, if the game is limited to 60 fps, the 144 Hz monitor will not see any benefit at all.

how do you change the graphical options? i have an intel so i could not run it at full.
