no that is not planned!
This is a personal choice, caused by me finishing celeste and being really sad that to "complete" the game, I had to do a lot of challenges that I could never beat :)

So while for some people, having more achievements is great, i do not want to pressure anyone to feel like they have to 100% the game :))
