We’re very sorry to hear about the issue you’ve experienced, and we completely understand how frustrating this must be. While this type of occurrence is very rare, we recognize how it can impact your enjoyment of the game.
At this time, resolving this issue will unfortunately require deleting your saved data to reset the mission progress. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes.
We’ve released patches for the PS4, Steam, and Nintendo Switch versions of the game to address similar issues. However, we do not yet have an estimated date for updates on Xbox or PS5.
