The backpack upgrade you get in the crossroads, says it requires five candle wax. I have four candle wax in my inventory, but cannot find anywhere online where to get more. What am I missing?

I tried using the shovel on one of the upper dirt patches at the little farm in the autumn area and missed targeting the soil and ending up thrusting upwards and caused a crash. I've similarly experienced another crash before when trying to shovel attack the red upgrade bubble in a couple areas below this area. I keep having to restart the same day since this crash keeps happening and what I thought was a problem with hitting the red bubble only (since it crashed twice doing that) seems to be a crash that ...

help! My save data is gone for some reason, when I start the game and go to play, it's like I never played before, the save slots are empty. Does anyone know what I can do to try to uninstall/reinstall to get it back?

In the mists, on the left bottom of one of the areas, there is a green guy with a hat. He is unreachable. Who is he?

I cannot get the rotberg to spawn so that i can continue the story. I did kill the rotberg before properly unlocking the sewers, and i think that may have broken it. Is there a way to fix this or am i just missing something obvious.
