About Liam (spoilers)
I saw someone post recently (elsewhere) they had an Acting Lessons PT where they did not get the "remission" scene for Liam and the ending left open whether or not Liam had survived for long. I had never seen or heard of this previously. Can anyone else say they have done a PT without getting Liam's remission scene? Is there a scenario where his chemo does not get corrected?

Yeah, on my 1st playthrough I didn't have 4+ cakes on Liam and didn't set him up with Rena, so got his bad ending. If my memory serves correctly, he's still around for some time, but MC (and probably the others of the band) knows Liam's time is running out and says that it's sad to see him "slowly wither away".

Note that Liam ending up with Rena is not required for him to be cured. It's been a *long* time, but I definitely had a playthrough where they did not end up together and he still lived, helped by another nurse.

I've never seen the "dead Liam" version either, but I don't think I've done a playthrough where I was a ♥♥♥♥ to him. Maybe that's the trigger.

Yeah, I would guess you have limit your interactions with him to a minimum. Which makes some sense, you need to maximize your interactions with him to get the Hedwig/Angela threesome, That said, I'm not sure I even "want" to see that ending. :D

I never got his bad ending, but I also always set him up with Rena. Since she saves him by getting another nurse giving him the real treatment, I assumed that you had to do that to save him. I know there is another girl with which he can fall in love though, but I've never done it.

Yeah, I'm not sure what choices cause it but he can end up with the nurse (Elise?) who Rena finds.

Don't set up Liam with Rena and have at least 4 cakes with him in the end (which means choosing no more than 2 choices that don't favor him throughout the game).
