So hard to purchase

Could anyone help me to buy this horny gem for me? Cuz it's almost impossible to buy the current edition and not the M one (I'm unable to purchase it through the steam, for some reason (hope this helps someone at least)).
I don't wanna torrent it but on another hand I wanna try it so bad...

Can someone help me?

Not sure what to tell you. But I bought it a few days ago and it was as easy as buying any normal game. Either your location is blocking it or you are underage
