after finishing impending departure bonus scenario, i burned all tac points on chitose and max every stats on her except for def and evasion to 400. But when she leveled up on the next battle, her stats are still 400. Does that mean i lose level up parameter increase benefit? if that's the case, then maybe i should wait to max someone parameter until they reach maximum level?...
