I had a weird bug where i was being chased by the police and i drove into the lake but insteaf of respawning i was at the bottom of the lake and i was able to drive around and walk around under the water

because they wanna know what the update entailed
so they posted them, but hey who knows maybe one of the community managers could be?
never really know but it could just be to release patchnotes so they dont get repeated emails or people asking, whats been updated.
