I don't see too many people making an effort to improve their cars. I like betting but is unfair to race with someone with a low level car as the case with most players.

Unless you pay to upgrade, yes you gotta earn your chips. I paid for half of my cars expenses and its not bad running on 190hp

And for bets I dont trust them at all. There are a few modders here and there that will hack and restart your car on track, most of my bet races were lost cause of that
