I completed at 100% the game last night. If you're stuck with that achievement just finish the Patricia's route, watch the credits and at the end of the sequence select "Play a little more". The first achievement will unlock.

Keep selecting that option until you get to the last part of the adventure. You'll receive the "Did We Beat the First Level ...?" achievement when finished.
